Capabilities

Resolution: Select the resolution that is right for you -- 75 dpi up to 1200 dpi.
We suggest 300 dpi for normal use.

Media: We can output to CD, floppy, or return your images via email.
(Email and floppy output may not be available for high resolution images due to size.)

Affordable: Price depends on resolution, quantity, and output media. Cost as low as 50 cents / photo. See chart below for details.

Notes:
Prices are for photos 5" x 7" or smaller. For 8 1/2 x 11 photographs, double the price.

Resolutions are in dots (pixels) per inch (dpi.)

1200 dpi images may be so large that some software will not open the image.
1200 dpi is recommended only for photography professionals with fast computers and lots of RAM.

For the average person needs, we recommend 300 dpi.
A 150 dpi photograph fills the screen when your resolution is set to 800 x 600, but may not print to your satisfaction.
Many printers are 300 dpi, so a 300 dpi image will print well at the original size.
600 dpi and above print well, but can be slow when loading for viewing.
We suggest that you download a sample by clicking the resolution in the above table to see how it looks on your screen and how it looks when printed.
For quality prints, we recommend photographic quality printing paper.

Prices include scanning and output to CD.
